At Kidsberry Toys & Novelty Store, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Below are the details of our shipping and exchange policies to ensure clarity and transparency for our valued customers.

Shipping Information

• Standard Delivery Time: We deliver within 1-3 business days for orders opting for Payment on Delivery.
• Same-Day Delivery: If you place your order before 8 PM and choose prepayment via Momo, we will deliver on the same day. Orders placed after 8 PM will be delivered the next business day.
• Delivery Fees: Delivery within Kigali ranges from 1k-3k, depending on your location. Delivery fees for locations outside Kigali will be communicated after your order is placed.

Exchange Policy

At Kidsberry, we stand by the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be needed.

• Exchange Time Frame: We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your item, as long as it is in the same condition as when purchased (unopened and unused).
• Custom Products: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on customized products.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accommodate returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
